Puppy on a scooter that accompanies its owner during city outing goes viral (Video)

Loving pets makes people do whatever they can to make them happy and excited. Most people get to their pets what they want like stuffed toys, treats, and blankets. But for one owner, he got a scooter to his dog. The dog goes everywhere with his owner riding his scooter.
