Brimming with tears, a man gently pushes his beloved terminally ill dog up their cherished mountain in a wheelbarrow, embarking on a poignant final adventure together.

Only fur baby moms & dads know the feeling.

It’s heartwarming to know that not all people suck!
Sometimes human-animal friendships are very deep but also very short; the saddest thing is seeing your four-paws friend grow old and have to leave this world.

  1. Carlos Fresco and his best friend Monty have been friends for many years and have had a great time together. The labradoodle is ten years old and enjoys going for walks with its owner.

Carlos would take Monty hiking in his spare time, and they had been to the pinnacle of Pen y Fan in the Brecon Beacons in Wales many times before, which is this adorable dog’s favorite spot.

However, Monty, like many other dogs, has a much shorter lifespan than humans, and when he con.tr.acted can.cer and began to decline rapidly, Carlos decided to take him away in the final stroll.

They decide to go to the top of their commemorative mountain together, though Monty can no longer run around like before and is pushed in a wheelbarrow by his human father.

Many hearts have been br.oken by the emotional images of the man wheelbarrowing his dy.ing dog up their favorite mountain for the last time. Strangers have asked if they could share in motivating Monty on his final journey – they have shed tears because we all love and cherish our little four-legged friends.

Monty is very happy and enjoys all of the “attention” from his new friends on his journey to the top, even though he is weak and tired.
