A shelter has discovered a sick stray dog suffering from severe scabies. The dog had beautiful blue eyes, but life on the streets left him dirty and despondent.
The shelter posted his photo on Facebook in the hope that someone take a take to take a chance on this unfortunate dog.
When people shared photos of the unfortunate dog, the shelter received a call from a woman who claimed that the dog looked like hers, which was kidnapped from the backyard of her house two years ago.
The shelter invited her to come visit the dog and check if the dog knew her.
The woman in this video reaches out to the depressed and lonely dog. The dog looks scared at first, but remembers the smell of his mother and his pretty face.
He reaches up to his paws towards her and rises up to get a better look at her face.
The dog immediately recognizes her and starts licking and kissing her everywhere! Mom, too, bursts into tears and holds her bereaved child (his name is the Lord!).
We were all in tears after this incredibly emotional reunion. We are grateful to the shelter and everyone who shared the image of the Lord and helped him find his way back to his mother!
