It is amazing how tough dogs are and how they can endure so much. Meet Hope who was saved by Deepika Srivastavva In Gurgaon India after she was found as a little puppy with her insides hanging out.

She was just laying there helpless and screaming out in anguish. When she was found she was only estimated at being 20 days old. We assume that someone had stolen her from her mother and took her into an area where there were other street dogs.

Being territorial the dogs mauled her and she was allowed to die. Fortunately she was found and transported to the hospital where surgery was performed to put her stomach back in.

Hope is currently approximately 4-5 months old and she is doing amazing. Her name Hope is extremely apt for her since she is really loaded with potential and we are so glad that she even survived.

Stray Dog was not involved in her original rescue but due of her background nobody wanted to adopt her in India so we were called to see if we could help. Placing her back on the streets is not option as she has no survival skills.

” We will be supporting this young girl until we can find her a home elsewhere. Luckily she looks to be physically healthy, but we had to delay her spay surgery due of all that she has gone through.”

According to her rescuer and foster she is incredibly clever and affectionate and is leash and crate trained.
