We animal lovers are saddened by the plight of stray dogs. Forced to fight for survival in the midst of the most inhospitable conditions, combined with the indifference of humans who reject them and feel no compassion, let alone offer them a helping hand.
On the flip side of these stories, luckily, there are an increasing number of groups fighting relentlessly to rescue every endangered animal that enters their way, inspired by empathy and a feeling of solidarity.
The effort and dedication that certain cases require reaches unanticipated heights. Despite this, they never give up and work tirelessly until they see genuine beings of light emerge, while others are disgusted.
This is what happened to a puppy discovered in appalling conditions on the streets of Pisco, Peru, by volunteers from Salvando Huellitas Pisco.
He was clearly abused and neglected, and he had a number of injuries and illnesses.
The puppy, fondly known as “Peludito,” would break anyone’s heart. The worst part was that I was skinless, furless, and severely sick…
“I still remember seeing him for the first time, not wanting to live, just waiting for his death,” said one of the Salvando Huellitas Pisco rescuers.
The poor animal was already fatigued and didn’t want to struggle any longer.
“His condition was critical, and his rescue was difficult; we had to win his confidence.” He was terrified, which was understandable when people tossed him from all sides for asking for food or being appalled by his appearance.”
What a shame that there are folks with stone-cold hearts! Disgust should have such a horrible world in their souls.
But then these heroes took on the challenge of betting everything on Peludito, and they shared not only the images that shocked so many, but also all their progress, which was based on the selfless care of veterinarians and all the love they deserved.
Peludito’s change has changed dramatically; he now resembles another dog:
It appears incredible that this puppy who has been rejected by so many people has recovered his golden fur, which makes him so adorable.

Their rescuers gladly relayed this, coupled with a powerful message of reflection:
«This is our beautiful HAIRY’s change, and if you saw him now, he is very happy; he loves to play, run around, and eat a lot. If you have the opportunity to change the life of an abandoned puppy, HELP IT, YOU CAN DO IT TOO!»

“Now that he has a roof over his head, a comfortable bed, and food every day, Fuzzy feels completely loved.” He befriended all of the rescued canines from the shelter, and they all pulled themselves together tenderly. Today he is happy, and we are confident that we have gradually healed his wounds,” Salvando Huellitas Pisco added.
Peludito has already been vaccinated, dewormed, and neutered, and the only wound on his ear that needs to heal.
