Early in the morning of January 15, ONG Paraíso dos Focinhos received a report about this dog, they were completely bewildered. A woman found this poor dog on her way to work. It may ᴀʙᴀɴᴅoɴ there for a while, unable to get up, unable to eat the food she offers or understands.
The kind lady couldn’t bring the frail dog to her office, so she took a few pictures, shot a short video and sent it to ONG Paraíso dos Focinhos. Before leaving, she covered him with a blanket. The dog wagged its tail as if begging her not to pet it.
The rescue team got there as quickly as possible. The poor dog was very upset and completely dehydrated. They did a blood test to see if he had a summary. Blood transfusion was needed because he could not eat properly.
The brave boy has gained 4 pounds in just a few days, but he is still unable to get up and walk normally. They named her “Dega”, and she started to crave food around day 7.
After 3 weeks, Dega’s legs were significantly stronger but still quite slender and unable to run correctly.
3 months after they found her. Now she’s very different and it’s time to reunite with the person who saved her…
